Science, health, nutrition, and beauty – these are thefieldsthathavebecomeaninseparable part of my life. My nameis Ing. Daniela Minaříková, Ph.D., and sincechildhood, I’vebeencaptivated by theintricateconnectionsbetweenchemistry, thehuman body, and natural sciences. Thispassion led me to study healthcare, chemistry, and food technology with a focus on cosmetics and biomaterials. Yearsofrigorouseducation and scientificresearchallowedme to develop a deepunderstandingof these fields and reinforcedtheimportanceofsharingverified and practicalknowledgewiththewider public. Afterexploringanswers to questionsabouthealth, beauty, and lifestyle, I decided to createtheSymbBodyplatform – a spacewhere science meetspractice.

I believethathigh-qualityinformationshouldbeaccessible to everyone. That’swhy I amcommitted to sharingreliableinsights on healthyeating, body and mind care, and thelatesttrends in cosmetics.
